Choosing the right fabrics is key. Stay cool and comfortable with our guide to the most breathable summer fabrics. Clingy clothing is no friend to sticky skin. Avoid body-conscious pieces in hot weather to keep sweat marks away—and allow much-needed ventilation in.
Go for clothing made of cotton, linen, or jersey. Opt for clothing made of breathable materials, such as cotton, linen, or jersey. These fabrics will not constrain your body or cause you to sweat in the heat. They are also great for staying cool and put together, even on a hot weather day.
You may look for dresses, tops, and skirts made of cotton or linen. Or you may opt for a jersey dress in a simple cut that you can wear on a hot day.

Shorts made of cotton or linen are also good options for staying cool on a hot day. T-shirts and collared shirts made of linen or jersey are also ideal.


Avoid clothing made of polyester, nylon, or silk. Fabrics like polyester, nylon, and silk may look nice on but they are not breathable materials. They will cause you to sweat and will retain body odors, making your hot weather day that much more uncomfortable.
You should also avoid clothing made of rayon or wool, as they are not breathable and will cause you to sweat more than you already are in hot weather.

Silk is also a fabric that repels water, which will create a rippling effect on the fabric when you wear it on a hot, sweaty day. However, if you need to dress up for an event, you may opt for silk over more constricting fabrics like polyester or nylon.


Stick to light colored fabrics. When you are choosing clothing for a hot day, you should go for fabrics that are light in color. Pastels and colors on the lighter end of the spectrum, such as white, beige, and gray, are all good options as they will absorb less sun than darker colors.
Avoid clothing in dark colors or jewel tones, like emerald, purple, or blue. You should also avoid black clothing, as it will trap light and make you feel more hot in hot weather.


Consider work out clothing as an option. If you work outside often or are walking around outside on a daily basis in hot weather, you may opt for the comfort and breathability of work out clothing. A lot of work out clothing is made of materials that absorb sweat and keep you cool as you sweat. Often, work out clothing is also made to be comfortable and easy to move in as you go about your day.
If you work in an office setting or another professional setting, work out clothing may not be appropriate. But if you are running errands throughout the day or having a casual day out, you may be able to get away with wearing your work out clothing. Sportswear has become more fashionable with the rise of “athleisure” clothing, where you wear stylish work out clothing as part of an outfit.

Adakalanya aku mau kembali menyegarkan kembali Jiwa manusia buat manusia yg punya kenangan membahagaiakan namun  disatu sisi yg lainnya
Aku sepertinya tidak rela untuk mengembalikan Kenangan yg trajis
Aku kasihan sama manusia yg menjadikan
Kenangan itu memakan diri mereka sendiri.
Apakandaya Aku ditugaskan untuk kembali
Aku tdk mau melihat manusia  itu dimurung kesedihan malah adanya sampai membawa maut.

Kalau anda tanya ...aku juga tdk dpt menggambarkan dengan perkataan kerna bagi mereka yg biasa kehidupan sebegini bisa mengerti lagi lagi buat kalian yg sudah berhijrah ke bandar besar.

Satu ketika anda pasti dpt membedakan perbandingan antara satu dan yg lainnya dari segala aspek bandar dan kampung .

Bandar semuanya ada..cepat pantas dari segala hal juga tempat untuk warga berkumpul untuk mencari haluan kehidupan masing masing yg inginkan kemajuan untuk diri dan keluarga.

There is no one type of autism, but many.

Autism, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), refers to a broad range of conditions characterized by challenges with social skills, repetitive behaviors, speech and nonverbal communication.*

We now know that there is not one autism but many subtypes, and each person with autism can have unique strengths and challenges.

A combination of genetic and environmental factors influence the development of autism, and autism often is accompanied by medical issues such as:

Gastrointestinal (GI) disordersSeizuresSleep disturbances

Autism affects an estimated 1 in 59 children.

Many people with autism also have sensory issues. These can include aversions to certain sights, sounds and other sensations.

Because autism runs in families, most researchers think that certain combinations of genes may predispose a child to autism. But there are risk factors that increase the chance of having a child with autism.

Advanced age of the mother or the father increases the chance of an autistic child.

When a pregnant woman is exposed to certain drugsor chemicals, her child is more likely to be autistic. These risk factors include the use of alcohol, maternal metabolic conditions such as diabetes and obesity, and the use of antiseizure drugs during pregnancy. In some cases, autism has been linked to untreated phenylketonuria (called PKU, an inborn metabolic disorder caused by the absence of an enzyme) and rubella (German measles).

Although sometimes cited as a cause of autism, there is no evidence that vaccinations cause autism.

Exactly why autism happens isn't clear. Research suggests that it may arise from abnormalities in parts of the brain that interpret sensory input and process language.

Here are the top 5 foods to avoid as they can make ASD worse.

1) DAIRY

When casein (one of the proteins in dairy) mixes with stomach acid, it produces something called an exorphin. Exorphins bind to the opioid receptor sites and can result in a myriad of troubles – brain fog, spaciness, inability to concentrate, and a numbness to pain, just to name a few.

In our experience, when people with ASD removed dairy from their diet, they began talking more, their hyperactivity was reduced, and bowel problems were resolved.

2) GLUTEN

A mixture of proteins found in grains such as wheat, barley, and rye, gluten can increase inflammation when ingested. In fact, your body can create antibodies to gluten which can fire up, or inflame, your brain.

Gluten seems to particularly negatively affect the functioning of the cerebellum. Through our imaging work, we have discovered that those with ASD already often have decreased functioning of their cerebellum – consuming gluten can just make it much worse.

3) CORN

Eighty-five percent of the corn raised in the United States is raised with pesticide. Additionally, it has the most unhealthy fatty-acid profile of any grain…yes, you read that right, GRAIN. Corn is NOT a vegetable. Corn has been found to be a breeding ground for as many as 22 different fungi. There is simply nothing truly beneficial and many potentially harmful things that can come from eating corn.

4) SUGAR

Not only is sugar pro-inflammatory, it also increases erratic brain cell firing and it is very addictive. For many folks with ASD, it is likely that they had some type of insulin to their brain so when they consume sugar, the damage from the insulin is just magnified.

Avoiding sugar and refined carbohydrates and increasing lean protein can dramatically improve concentration and judgment, and decrease impulsiveness.

5) ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS

While these things are not really “foods”, they are unfortunately in so many food products that we wanted to list them here. Avoid all additives, preservatives, dyes and artificial colors, artificial flavorings, and artificial sweeteners.

Langkah pertama ini sangat  mudah, yaitu hanya dengan menggunakan minyak zaitun mengunakan kan jari urut lembut pada kulit di area bekas jerawat selama 5 menit. Setelah itu biarkan minyak meresap sampai kurang lebih 20 menit lalu bersihkan wajah dengan air hangat tanpa menggunakan sabun dan keringkan dengan tuala bersih

Penuaan semula jadi untuk mengurangi kerutan bawah mata .Minyak zaitun dapat meningkatkan elastisitas kulit, yang mengurangi kerutan.caranya Oleskan minyak zaitun pada kulit di sekitar mata sebelum tidur atau saat bangun pagi.
Untuk dipakai dengan cara sejuk anda hanya perlu simpan minyak zaitundidlam bekas kecil lalu di simpan didalam peti Ais,
 minyak tersebut akan menjadi pekadan terasa seperti krim. lalu sapu dibawah mata anda.

5)MEMBANTU memudarkan bekas luka
Gunakan untuk membantu memudarkan bekas luka.
 Vitamin dan mineral dalam minyak zaitun membantu meremajakan sel-sel kulit juga  membantu mencerahkan dan memudarkan bekas luka,  urut urut dengan minyak zaitun pada bekas luka selama 5 menit dan biarkan selama 10 menit .lakukan secara rutin sehingga menampakkan hasilnya
